At Springs Road Equipment Rentals & Sales, we always try to put our customers first. We want to provide you with the quality tools and equipment you need to get the job done and we want the experience of working with us to be painless. We can usually meet any reasonable requests however, it can be nice to have some guidelines to understand how our process works.
Here are a few of the commonly asked questions and our standard responses to them. If you have other questions or would like to request special arrangements, don’t hesitate to call us during normal business hours and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We rent our tools on a 24 hour basis, meaning if you request a 1-day rental at 9 AM on Monday, the “one day” will run until 9 AM on Tuesday. Our Week and Month rentals work the same way, with a week equaling 7 days and a month equals 30 days.
If you find you will need the equipment longer than you originally planned, simply call us during normal business hours and we can extend it over the phone. Our phone number is 828-256-5291 and our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM and Saturday 7:30AM-12:00PM.
We have a limited delivery area and standard rates, depending on the item, but we are happy to deliver equipment to you within these limits. Once you enter your Shipping Address, if it is within our delivery area you will see the option available to you. If you do not see that option, please call us to discuss your location and what options we may offer.
Our tools and equipment rent on a “first come, first serve” basis however we will do everything in our power to meet your needs.
We are one of the few places in the Hickory area that still provide small engine and power tool repairs. Please bring the equipment by our shop and we will be happy to look it over and discuss your options.
